Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. tajee reserves the right to close any account for the following reasons: fraudulent activity, breach of terms, provision of false information, or operating multiple accounts.

7. Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on tajee: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• At the time of deposit, you must confirm that the funds provided come from a legitimate source.
• Depositing using a third party's account or payment method is prohibited.

8. Withdrawals

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.

9. Currency and Taxes

10. Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

• Bonus wagering requirement: 15 times (15x) the combined total of the deposit and bonus amount.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The welcome bonus is available to each member once only.
• Minimum deposit to claim the bonus: ৳200.

11. General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers from tajee:

• A bonus may only be used once per account.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• tajee reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus may be forfeited.
• Each bonus may have a specific validity period; once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.

12. VIP Program

tajee's VIP program has three tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

tajee reserves the right to make final decisions regarding VIP benefits and tier changes.

13. Fair Play Policy

tajee believes in fair play. All games available on the platform use independently tested Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures results that are unbiased and unpredictable.

14. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tajee:

• Playing games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or attempting to circumvent bonus conditions.
• Fraudulent conduct toward other members.
• Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment method.

15. Technical Issues

If the outcome of any game becomes uncertain due to server disruption, network problems or software errors, tajee reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount. Any winnings resulting from a clear technical error will not be considered valid.

25. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising between tajee and a member will first be attempted to be resolved through direct negotiation. If the matter is not resolved, both parties will accept the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
